  • Partner with leadership on compensation recommendations for promotions, new positions and organizational changes
  • Administer bonus, incentive and variable compensation programs
  • Oversee health, welfare and retirement benefit programs
  • Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, consultants and third-party administrators
  • Lead annual open enrollment and employee benefits communications
  • Analyze benefit utilization, costs and trends to identify opportunities to improve value and employee experience
  • Partner with payroll to ensure compensation and benefit changes are processed accurately
  • Oversee leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, disability and state leave programs
  • Support M&A activity by evaluating and integrating compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA and applicable employment regulations
  • Analyze workforce data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate, influence and build relationships across an organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards
  • Experience developing or supporting compensation structures and salary ranges
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, market pricing and pay equity analysis
  • Experience administering employee benefits and managing vendor relationships
  • Understanding of multi-state employment requirements and benefits compliance
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and reporting skills
  • Ability to translate complex compensation and benefits information into clear recommendations
  • Experience supporting acquisitions or organizational integrations is a plus
  • Experience with self-funded health plans is preferred
