G & T Delivery Logistics

We are seeking independent Hot Shot Truck Drivers with their own truck and trailer to operate under our DOT and MC# authority. Drivers will benefit from competitive rates, a steady flow of loads, and support from our experienced in-house dispatch team. This role involves frequent overnight travel across a mix of local, regional, and long-haul routes.

Responsibilities

• Operate personal truck and trailer safely and efficiently
• Transport loads across local, regional, and long-haul routes
• Plan routes to meet delivery schedules
• Maintain communication with dispatch and clients
• Ensure cargo is handled and secured properly
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in truck driving
