Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for each patient to develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific conditions and recovery goals.
• Provide high-quality, individualized care for 1-2 patients per hour, focusing on achieving effective outcomes rather than volume. You will utilize techniques like manual therapy and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient's needs.
• Utilize our electronic medical record system, WebPT, to document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and providing clear communication with the healthcare team.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on feedback, clinical observations, and outcomes, ensuring the best possible recovery experience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and sports trainers, to provide holistic care that addresses all facets of the patient’s rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your passion for physical therapy will shine as you work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Candidates with a Doctorate or Master's degree will be preferred.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to apply manual therapy techniques effectively, coupled with sound clinical judgment.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in an outpatient clinic setting, is preferred. Applicants with experience handling diverse patient populations and a track record of successful patient outcomes will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
