Position Overview

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and organizational support to our team while helping ensure the office operates efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys multitasking, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
• Assist with data entry and recordkeeping
• Order office supplies and manage inventory
• Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression
• Coordinate with internal team members to support daily operations
• Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative, office, customer service, or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
