Pay: $18-$22 per hour (based on experience) + overtime opportunities

Frontline Mitigation provides emergency water damage mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, and throughout West Michigan. We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage emergencies
• Extract standing water using professional equipment
• Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers
• Perform demolition of damaged building materials when necessary
• Take moisture readings and document drying progress
• Maintain accurate job documentation and photos
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs when scheduled
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Construction, restoration, or mitigation experience preferred but not required

Preferred Certifications

• IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
• IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying)
• Mold remediation experience
• Xactimate experience
