Benefits / What We Provide: Medical stipend401K6 Paid holidays10 Days PTO Birthday offTake home vehicle + gas cardCompany phoneCompany uniform / T-shirts Performance-based bonusesHVAC Installer - ExperiencedPay Rate: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experienceWork Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30pm to 4:00pm What You Will Be Doing: Perform replacement and retrofit installations for residential and commercial HVAC systemsInstall and replace a variety of equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, rooftop units (RTUs), boilers, and water heatersProvide customers with clear information about the installation process and address questions or concerns throughout the projectEnsure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and with a strong focus on workmanship and jobsite cleanlinessWhat We Are Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of experience performing HVAC system replacements and retrofit installationsCurrent EPA Universal Certification requiredHands-on experience installing rooftop HVAC units (RTUs)Strong residential HVAC installation backgroundHVAC trade school education preferredMust possess personal hand tools and a power drill necessary for daily job dutiesHigh school diploma or equivalentValid drivers license and insurable driving record
