Operations Manager | Fast-Casual Concept

Location: Cambridge, MA

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + competitive package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-funded hospitality start-up preparing for launch.

We're looking for a hands-on operator who thrives on building businesses from the ground up. You'll work closely with the founder to establish operational excellence, recruit and develop the team, and help create a scalable platform for future growth.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership, and making a real impact in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

We're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience leading fast-casual or quality QSR operation
• Previous opening experience is highly desirable
• A hands-on leadership style with strong commercial awareness
• Experience managing labour, food costs and operational KPIs
• Strong people leadership, coaching and team-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Based in the Greater Boston area and understands the local market

Key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team
• Drive exceptional guest experience and operational standards
• Manage scheduling, labour, inventory and cost controls
• Oversee vendor relationships and operational systems
• Support the successful launch and ongoing growth of the business
