The Opportunity

As a Freight Broker Associate, you'll educate shippers on our Free Freight Pricing System and manage your own book of business — all while being supported by industry-leading technology and mentorship. This is a 100% remote, performance-based 1099 role with uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Source and qualify shipper leads using our AI-powered lead generation tools
• Setup shippers with FREE access to our Freight Pricing System to maximize margins
• Manage and grow your own book of business with full company support
• Build long-term relationships shippers across FTL, LTL, and Intermodal
• Analyze market data and rate trends using our AI Rate Intelligence platform

What We're Looking For

• No prior freight experience required — comprehensive training provided
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
• Basic computer proficiency (we teach you the rest)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus, not required)
• Hunger to learn, earn, and grow in a $90+ billion industry
