Candidate profile: 2+ years of high-end residential, estate, or boutique hospitality cleaning experience; exceptional care with delicate surfaces (hardwood, marble, millwork, fine fixtures); active CGL insurance (or willingness to obtain it); a clear background check (Police Information Check); a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle; professional-grade eco-friendly equipment; and absolute discretion in private homes.

 Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada as independent contractors and will undergo a background check and reference verification during onboarding.
