REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY – CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA

Flora Pettit PC, an AV rated law firm with offices in Charlottesville and Harrisonburg, is seeking an attorney with at least two years of experience in commercial real estate to join the firm’s business practice in its Harrisonburg, Virginia office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Successful candidates must be licensed to practice in Virginia and have an interest and extensive background in commercial real estate law, including experience drafting and negotiating real estate transactional documents such as leases, lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, easements, covenants, and more. Experience with 1031 exchanges, finance, development and/or land use is a plus. Candidates should be able to work on a team with other attorneys and staff, have strong interpersonal skills, and be hardworking, energetic, and committed to their community.
