Position OverviewThe Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing reception activities, greeting visitors, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoy working in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities- Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain reception records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Maintain organized office files, records, and administrative documents.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and clerical projects.
- Monitor office supply inventory and assist with ordering requests.
- Support team members with general administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills.
