Fortunate Training Center is seeking a knowledgeable and reliable Phlebotomy Instructor to join our educational team. In this role, you will lead engaging and comprehensive training sessions for students aspiring to become certified phlebotomists. Your expertise will help shape confident, skilled professionals ready to excel in clinical settings. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons on phlebotomy techniques, safety protocols, and clinical procedures aligned with industry standards.
  • Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure relevance and adherence to accreditation requirements.
  • Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
  • Incorporate learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
  • Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, written assessments, and ongoing feedback.
  • Facilitate hands-on training sessions in simulated or real clinical environments to build practical skills.
  • Collaborate with program coordinators to plan lesson plans, schedule classes, and monitor student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in phlebotomy practice with current certification from a recognized certifying body.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners effectively in classroom or clinical settings.
  • Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Experience in curriculum development tailored for adult education programs.
  • Familiarity with learning technology platforms and instructional tools used in healthcare training.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues.
  • Bilingual Preferred.
