Sales + Growth Representative

Schedule: Part-Time, Approximately 20 Hours per Week
Compensation: $20.00 per hour base pay plus commission on each membership sale. Expected total compensation will vary based on individual sales performance. Other benefits include free unlimited membership plus 2 buddy passes per month, discount on retail, paid leave, and paid sick leave.
About Forth Studio
Forth Studio is a movement and wellness studio dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for our community through movement, connection, and personal growth. We have two locations in the Logan Square and Avondale neighborhoods where we offer yoga, hot yoga, pilates, hot pilates, cardio sculpt, hot cardio sculpt, strength training, breathwork, and meditation. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales + Growth Representative to support membership growth and studio operations.
Position Summary
The Sales + Growth Representative will serve as a key driver of membership sales and retention while supporting daily studio operations. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, marketing initiative execution, and front desk leadership. The Sales + Growth Representative will work closely with the Studio Lead Manager and act as a secondary point of leadership within the studio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Performance Tracking
- Track, monitor, and actively sell studio memberships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update KPI and membership tracking reports.
- Follow up with prospective members and existing clients to support membership growth and retention.
Sales & Marketing Initiatives
- Create and execute outbound sales communications, including text messages and email campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for newsletter placements and promotional outreach to increase membership sales.
- Lead ad hoc sales initiatives and promotions as directed by management.
- Assist with creating, managing, and optimizing marketing automations and sales workflows.
Studio Operations
- Work all scheduled shifts on-site during peak studio hours to maximize engagement with prospective and current members.
- Support in performing front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining studio presentation standards.
- Open and close the studio according to established procedures.
Leadership Support
- Serve as second-in-command to the Studio Lead Manager during required tasks.
- Provide operational support and help ensure a positive client experience.
- Assist with implementing studio initiatives and maintaining team standards.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness industry experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and proactively pursuing sales opportunities.
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and other peak business hours as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the studio for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to use a computer, tablet, and phone for administrative and sales functions.
