This Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing compassionate and effective home healthcare. The CNA supports patients with essential daily activities, promotes hygiene and safety, and assists with mobility to enhance patient comfort and well-being. This position requires occasional travel to patient homes, ensuring personalized care in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support activities of daily living
• Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Support patient mobility, including transfers and ambulation
• Monitor and maintain patient safety in the home environment
• Travel to patient homes 10-30% of the time to deliver care

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in patient care
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
