Job description

Flowers For Cemeteries is a wholesale/retailer of artificial flowers. We're located in Marietta in the Industrial Park near Walker School.

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hands-on position involves assembling products, handling inventory, unloading deliveries, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Assembly, Warehouse, and Truck Unloading

Duties include:

• Unload trucks and organize incoming inventory.
• Unboxing and assembly of our flower holder.
• Attaching our flower holder to flower arrangements.
• Retrieving products using a pallet jack.
• Moving and stacking boxes.
• General cleaning, organizing, and helping with odd jobs that come up.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Able to stand and work with your hands for your entire shift.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and stack 20-30lb boxes.
• Occasionally retrieve products with a pallet jack and lift a 30lb box waist high.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack after training.

Schedule and Pay:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Four-day workweek
• Exact start and end times may be flexible after training
• $16 per hour
• Direct-deposit paychecks

Holiday pay and PTO available.

This position is located in a partially climate-controlled warehouse. The warehouse can become hot during the summer and cold during the winter. Fans are used in warmer months and heaters are provided in colder months, but they do not fully regulate the temperature throughout the building. Applicants should be comfortable performing physical work in changing seasonal temperatures.
