Position Summary:The Classroom Coordinator is the lead instructor overseeing teaching staff in multiple classrooms, providing instruction directly to children ages 0-3, implementing best practices in Early Childhood Education, and coordinating center operations with the Preschool Director. The Classroom Coordinator is also the first level of support for teaching staff, managing schedules, and providing mentorship and training in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, family engagement and more.


Job Type:Full-Time, Full Year (12-Month Program), Salaried, Exempt


Expected Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00a 4:30p, 40 Hours per week


Rate of Pay:BA$25.64 /hr MA or Higher: $28.67/hr


Education Requirement:Minimum - Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Development, Human or ChildDevelopment, Educational Leadership, or Related Field withfive years of demonstrated success teaching ages 0-5 years with two years supervisory experience.


    Other Selection Criteria:All candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen, physical examination, and comprehensive fingerprinted criminal background check, and possess a valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation.
