Job description

Site Development Coordinator

Phoenix, AZ
Part-time, 20 hrs/week \u007C $20/hour

About the role

Flourish Schools is a private school network in the greater Phoenix area built around project-based learning and student ownership. We're looking for someone warm, organized, and genuinely good with people to coordinate outreach to community organizations capable of serving as sites for future flourish schools - existing schools, churches, boys and girls clubs, YMCAs, college campuses, community centers.

This is a relationship-driven role. You'll do research to find the community organizations in our target areas, email, call and drive to each organization, and then follow up with organization leadership, answer their questions, and help them feel confident about choosing Flourish as a partner.

What you'll do

  • Build real relationships with community organizations
  • Keep detailed notes in HubSpot after every conversation so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Coordinate next steps for partners, including scheduling meetings with our real estate team
  • Be a calm, reliable presence in a fast-moving growth organization

What we're looking for

  • Someone who is able to do accurate sourcing of all of the community groups in an area.
  • Organized about pursuing every lead until you have a conversation and detemine if that organization has space which could be a fit for Flourish.
  • Someone who's genuinely good through email, the phone and in person. This is the heart of the role.
  • Warm and relatable with partners
  • Flexible availability. Site visits can be on weekdays, evenings or weekends.

Good to know

  • 10–20 hours per week, flexible structure
  • We are currently looking for sites in the East Valley, West Valley and Maricopa.
  • This role can grow. We've had people move into other positions at Flourish over time.
