Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population while collaborating with an experienced behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs.
• Provide ongoing clinical care, counseling, and/or medication management as appropriate to your scope of practice.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other providers and members of the treatment team.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, families, staff, and referral sources.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Florida laws, regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, professional workplace culture.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
