We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at our Florence Home location. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.

Shifts Available:

• Hours will vary 7A to 3P. And/Or 11A to 7P. Weekends and Holidays
• Pay is based on experience

As a Dietary Aide, you will:

• Make our residents feel at home by treating them with patience and sensitivity
• Provide excellent service to residents, and customer service skills
• Will deliver meals to residents in a way that preserves the dignity of the resident
• Ensure resident safety
• Go above and beyond your assigned duties to help with any reasonable resident or teammate request
• Perform other duties as assigned

We require our Dietary employees to:

• Have a High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English
• Be able to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving
• Maintains a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Arrive on time for shifts and work as scheduled
