ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Representative for Florence Harrison State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas of improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
