Your Role:
We are on the lookout for a highly experienced Flooring Account Manager – flooring specialist – with an extensive book of business, eager to expand their horizons. This isn't just another sales role; it's an opportunity to be a part of something transformative, expanding your offering to include the full spectrum of home design elements, all while earning top-tier commissions in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Expansion: Leverage your existing book of business (minimum $1,200,000/year) and our expansive product range to grow your gross sales. We're talking an increase of 40% or more in business growth, just by introducing your clients to our holistic set of offerings.
- Relationship Cultivation: Maintain and enhance client relationships, offering them a seamless journey from flooring to complete home transformation, with your trusted guidance at the helm.
