Flightdeck Safety Initiatives (FSi) is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to support our administrative and accounting functions. The role will include managing emails and schedules, maintaining records, communicating with clients and vendors, assisting with AP/AR, processing invoices, tracking payments, preparing spreadsheets, and providing general operational support. The successful candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, basic accounting experience, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets. Because the position involves confidential information, company funds, authorized financial transactions, and designated banking activities, integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability are essential. The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment is also required.
