Job description

One of our client is looking to engage with an Agile Coach who can help teams adopt a Product Operating Model by focusing on business outcomes and customer value rather than simply following Agile frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach Product Owners, Team Leads, and teams on product/agile mindset, Lean thinking and product-centric delivery — principles over prescribed frameworks.

  • Guide the team towards value delivery: delivering small increments that provide value to customers, through prioritization, better engineering practices and fast customer feedback.

  • Leveraging agile practices as means, not the goal — adopt, adapt or relinquish practices based on the outcomes they produce.

  • Strengthen team behaviours: self-management, accountability for outcomes, psychological safety and continuous improvement.

  • Make delivery performance visible through flow and value metrics (lead time, throughput, quality, benefits realized) rather than velocity or maturity scores.

  • Identify and remove organizational impediments constraining flow and delivery performance.

  • Build internal coaching capability through mentoring, playbooks and Communities of Practice — leaving teams increasingly self-sufficient.
