Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, providing home care services where you will directly engage with clients within the comfort of their own homes. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, facilitating a structured work-life balance while allowing time to assess and treat clients effectively. Collaboration and teamwork are fundamental at Flex Health Solutions; you will work closely with a supportive team of therapists and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include:

• Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for clients, particularly focusing on children, to establish baselines and understand specific needs.
• Developing and executing customized treatment plans that align with the unique goals and capabilities of each patient.
• Regularly reassessing clinical signs and symptoms, adjusting treatment plans and goals as required to ensure maximum effectiveness and patient progress.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation, including SOAP notes, progression summaries, and care plans, using our electronic health record system in a timely manner.
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding the recovery process, addressing any challenges faced.
• Achieving minimum utilization goals and adapting to other business objectives as needed.
• Collaborating with colleagues across various disciplines within Flex Health Solutions to ensure patients receiving multiple services receive coordinated care.
• Embodying and promoting our core values while acting as an ambassador for our organization in every interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will mainly involve working with a diverse client population, from infants to older adults, across various conditions and backgrounds. This diversity allows you to apply your skills and adapt treatment methods while enriching your professional experience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in Connecticut.
• A willingness to conduct both in-person evaluations and treatments along with telehealth options when appropriate.
• A strong commitment to serving a wide-ranging patient demographic, embracing the diversity of age, race, and ethnicity.
• Flexibility and adaptability are crucial, given the evolving nature of healthcare demands.
• A collaborative spirit and strong customer service orientation will enhance each patient's experience and contribute positively to the team.

Preferred Experience

While all candidates are encouraged to apply, those with previous experience in home care settings or working with pediatric populations will be given special consideration. Compensation and Benefits

Flex Health Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
