Penetration Tester- Contract (Remote) job at Fixpoint. Remote. Project length : 3~4 – weeks Commitment : ≥ 10hrs / week Compensation : $32 – $73 per hour Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates About the project Fixpoint is hiring Penetration Testers for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Penetration Tester . You're a good fit if you have experience with: Performing network, web application, API, and cloud penetration tests end-to-end Building clear, prioritized remediation reports Collaborating across product, engineering, and security teams Threat modeling and attack-path analysis to identify high-risk business impact or have similar experience.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications Have 5+ years full-time work experience and project fit. Native-level English skills U.S. residency Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.

Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule). Nice-to-haves Offensive Security certifications Background in red teaming, purple teaming, or adversary emulation engagements Exposure to mobile application security testing Benefits Compensation & logistics Hourly pay: $32 – $73 , commensurate with experience and project fit. Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours.

You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will. Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
