Role Description The Studio Manager role at Fit Pro Finders is a full-time, on-site position based in Rockville, Maryland. This role is responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. The Studio Manager will lead and coach team members, manage customer service standards, and handle sales activities such as membership inquiries, tours, and retention initiatives. The role also involves monitoring studio performance metrics, coordinating marketing or promotional events, managing budgets and inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety and company policies. The Studio Manager will collaborate with leadership to implement processes, support projects, and drive continuous improvement in studio performance. The role also involves teaching up to 8 Reformer Pilates classes per week.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client and team relationships.
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and managing staff in a studio, retail, or service environment.
  • Proven Sales skills, including experience with membership or service sales, upselling, and customer retention.
  • Project Management abilities to plan, organize, and execute studio initiatives, events, and operational improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities.
  • Comfort with basic business tools and software (e.g., scheduling systems, CRM, and office applications).
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience teaching Group Fitness, Reformer Pilates experience preferred but not required.
