Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity for dine-in service.
• Efficiently prioritize drink orders to ensure prompt fulfillment and seamless bar service.
• Execute drink orders rapidly and accurately while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including sanitizing tools, equipment, and work surfaces.
• Effectively delegate tasks to barback to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Maintain integrity of bar inventory and communicate stock needs to management.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to support overall restaurant operations.
• Follow and execute all side work lists provided by the company.
• Polish and store glassware and silverware to maintain service standards.
