About the Role:
Join Fish Field Inc as a Multimedia Content Specialist, where creativity meets innovation! In this dynamic role, you will craft engaging multimedia content that captivates our audience and showcases our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Fish-Field is seeking a versatile Multimedia Content Specialist to join our team. This role bridges the gap between creative production and technical execution. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for our fishing tackle products and translating that content into high-converting product pages.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and edit high-quality videos, graphics, and animations for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop compelling multimedia campaigns.
  • Manage social media content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Optimize multimedia content for SEO and engagement across digital channels.
  • Assist in the development of multimedia presentations and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.
  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in multimedia content creation or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through multimedia.
  • A background in or passion for fishing (specifically PNW species like Salmon, Steelhead, and Trout) is highly preferred.
