Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide overall financial oversight and monitoring, including historical analysis, development and implementation of financial policies and internal controls
- Review of business and family entity financial reporting packages including general ledger entries, including allocations, reclassifications and supporting schedules for accruals.
- Manage and maintain monthly close schedules, keeping target deadlines and meeting client expectations
- Manage preparation and delivery of all financial statements, cash flow and forecast reports
- Oversee data Imports into Accounting Software
- Serve as subject matter expert regarding financial policy and procedures, including sharing and maintaining best practices
- Develop thorough understanding of client’s expectations and preferences to ensure tailored execution
- Advise client accounting teams on processes and workflow to deliver premium client service
- Promote and ensure respect for client privacy and confidentiality in all matters
