First Piedmont Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Chatham, VA. The Human Resource Generalist / Benefits Specialist manages day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Core duties include facilitating the onboarding process, administering benefits enrollment, managing leave guidelines, and ensuring company policies are consistently applied and compliant.

Education and Experience

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
