Physical Therapist Opportunity At First Choice Home Health

Your Role As A Physical Therapist
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support recovery and prevent injuries.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Coach and support caregivers.
Pay And Benefits
  • $75 to $125 per visit
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Flexible schedules available
  • Health/Dental/Vision for full-time employees and their families
  • Company paid life insurance for full-time employees
  • 401k available for both part-time and full-time employees
Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapy License (Arizona)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • You live in Phoenix or the East Valley (Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, etc.)
  • You have prior home health experience
