Responsibilities of the Managed Service Provider include:

1. Monitoring client networks.
2. Manage client firewalls, VPNs.
3. Identify and resolve network issues, implement security measures, monitor and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans, and provide technical support to clients as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

3. 5+ years of Systems Administration / MSP experience. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, Active Directory, and networking.
