Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse range of clients, employing various modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client's mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating progress.
• Engage with clients in goal-setting exercises to track their developments and adjust therapy approaches accordingly, ensuring therapeutic outcomes are consistently met.
• Maintain diligent and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and facilitate ongoing care and support.
• Use our user-friendly digital platform for efficient scheduling, session documentation, and client management, streamlining workflow for improved client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum, including individuals facing anxiety, trauma, addiction, and various other mental health challenges. As a therapist at First Care Psychological Services, you will work with clients from different backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each individual's unique circumstances and ensuring that all receive the care they deserve.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a valid and unrestricted license from the State Board to provide independent therapy (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health issues.
• Experience in creating treatment plans and conducting assessments in alignment with best practices.
