About the Role:
Join Fingerlakes Farms LLC as a Warehouse Operations Team Member and be part of a dynamic team in the heart of Seneca Falls, NY. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about food and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments efficiently.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for timely delivery.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and updates.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
