We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is a hard-working self-starter eager to learn and grow in the carpentry trade. You will work under direct supervision with opportunities for independent work and periodic check-ins, gaining hands-on experience in residential construction, renovations, and repairs. Partial tools and equipment will be provided, along with on-the-job training and informal mentoring to support your development.

Responsibilities

• Measure materials and project sites accurately
• Prepare and organize job sites for carpentry work
• Assist skilled carpenters with various tasks and projects
• Support residential construction, renovations, and repair projects
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in carpentry
• Vocational training in carpentry or construction
• Basic carpentry skills and knowledge
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Effective time management skills
