Job Title : Senior FP & A Manager

Job Shift : US PST Shift (8 pm-5 am, IST)

We're looking for a Senior FP & A Manager to join us and expand our Team. This role blends traditional FP&A expertise with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude AI to accelerate financial analysis, automate reporting, and improve forecasting accuracy. Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform advanced quantitative analysis of operational and financial data.
• Build and manage comprehensive financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for internal use, focusing on clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
• Evaluate new projects and investment opportunities within the SaaS industry through comparative analysis.
• Value the company's assets through a thorough appraisal of their current condition and useful life.
• Recommend optimal financing structures (debt and equity) considering the company's cost of capital and growth strategy.
• Develop and maintain dynamic budgets and forecasts that reflect future company performance, with a focus on operational cash flow and expenses.
• Build and maintain a corporate financial model that details the entire company's operations and projects future performance, using advanced Excel skills.
• Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
• Leverage NetSuite and DOMO platforms to streamline financial planning and analysis tasks.
• Build AI-assisted financial models and leverage AI tools to automate recurring reporting.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques and tools such as Power Query and Power Pivot to improve forecasting accuracy and dashboard automation.
• Develop executive dashboards and deliver clear financial storytelling to leadership.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for executives as required, delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in the SaaS industry.
• Proven experience working with NetSuite and DOMO.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude AI) for AI-assisted financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of Power BI; Anaplan experience preferred.
• Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, operational cash flow management, and operational expenses.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional team collaboration skills.
