Job Summary:
FieldGuide IT is a people first, technology second, IT services provider. The Technology Coordinator will support a variety of clients by managing user accounts, device inventory, and ensuring compliance with security requirements while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Support a wide variety of clients and systems while championing our PEOPLE FIRST mission. No robots or automated messaging systems here.
• Welcome our clients’ new hires by creating user accounts for all of the systems they need for their role, setting up and sending out their company issued device, and making sure they have all the tech they need on their first day of work
• Offboard our clients’ departing employees by cutting off their access to tools at the right time, ensuring company data is stored safely, and making sure their device makes it back to inventory, cleanly wiped and ready to be redeployed
• Provision and deprovision access across a large range of tools on a request basis, making sure to verify with established points of contact that the right person has the right level of access
• Manage our client’s device inventory including both Macs and PC’s. This includes removing data, installing software, keeping meticulous client-facing records of what is currently deployed and who it belongs to as devices are shipped to and from our office
• Perceive all requests under a lens of security, and be familiar with SOC2 requirements in order to help our clients maintain compliance
• Help new clients create an on and offboarding procedure that meets their unique needs
• Work with our clients’ stakeholders to continually update and finetune their on and offboarding processes, and document these measures so that your teammates can easily replicate those directions
• Communicate enthusiastically with users and stakeholders in a way that delivers the point, but is not overly tech-y
• Provide memorable customer service to our clients via our ticketing system and occasionally through in-person onsite visits when required
• Collaborate with your team to help us continually innovate on and improve our xBoarding process as we grow and scale our business
• Work alongside a vibrant and supportive team of IT professionals with unique backgrounds who are passionate about delivering the best IT experience on the market today
• Work primarily in our RiNo Denver office with a time-flexible Monday-Friday schedule. Very infrequent weekend availability is required.
