Field Sync Roofing is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Representative to convert qualified leads into roof replacement contracts. You will take over the relationship immediately after a homeowner receives a free roof inspection. Your role is to guide customers through the insurance claim process, present material options, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to our installation team.

Key Responsibilities: Follow up with homeowners who have already received a free roof inspection. IGuide customers step-by-step through filing and navigating their property insurance claims. Educate clients on roofing material options, warranties, upgrades, and design choices.

Prepare, explain, and send precise project agreements, cost estimates, and scopes of work. Coordinate directly with the installation team to ensure project details match customer expectations. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and contract statuses in the CRM.

Minimum 2–3 years of successful sales experience, customer service and high-quality customer interaction.
