Faustino Distributors is expanding throughout Texas and is looking for self-motivated Territory Sales Representatives who are passionate about premium cigars and relationship-driven sales.

This is an independent, commission-based opportunity designed for someone who enjoys being on the road, visiting cigar lounges and tobacconists, attending industry events, and building lasting partnerships with retailers.

Whether you've worked in a cigar lounge, represented premium cigar brands, or simply have a deep knowledge of premium cigars and the drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and open new wholesale retail accounts throughout your territory.
• Visit cigar lounges, smoke shops, and licensed tobacco retailers.
• Build lasting relationships with shop owners and buyers.
• Represent Faustino Distributors at cigar events, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Present new products and promotions.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Help retailers grow their premium cigar selection through knowledgeable recommendations.
• Attend occasional virtual sales meetings and any events you've committed to representing.

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor position with significant long-term earning potential.

• 10% commission on every first order from a new account you establish.
• 2% recurring residual commission on every future reorder placed by your accounts.
• Performance bonuses and additional incentives will be introduced as our sales team continues to grow.

The more quality accounts you build, the more recurring income you create.

What We're Looking For

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in the premium cigar industry, retail tobacco, wholesale sales, or outside sales.
• Knowledge of premium cigars, cigar brands, tobacco, and lounge culture.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable introducing yourself to new businesses and generating new accounts.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout your territory.
