What you will do

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
• Organize documents, records, files, and other administrative information.
• Assist with routine data collection, formatting, and verification.
• Help keep internal records and operational information accurate and up to date.
• Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and organizing information.
• Assist with customer, candidate, or partner information as needed.
• Support the team with research, list building, and other straightforward administrative tasks.
• Communicate clearly with team members and follow established processes.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and help resolve it.
• Complete recurring tasks reliably and on time.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and information updates.
• Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and internal records.
• Organize and manage digital documents and files.

Requirements

What you need

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, office administration, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online documents, and administrative systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to organize information and keep records up to date.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks consistently and accurately.
• Able to follow established processes and instructions.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally.

Nice to have

• Experience working remotely with a distributed team.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
• Experience with CRM, ATS, or other business systems.
