We're looking for an energetic, certified Group Fitness Trainer who is passionate about motivating others and leading high-energy group workouts. If you love coaching, building relationships, and creating an incredible member experience, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy group fitness classes of 20–40 members
- Coach proper exercise form, technique, and safety
- Motivate members before, during, and after every workout
- Modify exercises for all fitness levels
- Build strong relationships and hold members accountable
- Assist with member check-ins and fitness assessments
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio
- Represent The Camp's culture with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Current Personal Training Certification (Required)
(NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) - CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Experience coaching group fitness classes preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude with high energy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
