Job description

Join Our Team at Family Connections, Inc. If you are fluent in Spanish, French, or Creole and are passionate about providing culturally competent care, we are seeking bilingual clinicians to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity benchmarks.
  • Provide services in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all clients.
Qualifications
  • Master's in Social Work or a related field with relevant licensure or certification.
  • At least two years of experience in mental health, preferably in an urban setting.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
