Job Overview

Falah Distribution is seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales & Account Manager to grow our B2B customer base and manage relationships with convenience stores, smoke shops, vape shops, gas stations, and other independent retailers.

This is a hands-on sales and business development role combining new customer acquisition, account management, customer service, marketing, and market research.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new wholesale customers throughout the Pittsburgh area.
• Visit, call, text, and follow up with store owners and purchasing managers.
• Bring new customers into our cash-and-carry wholesale location.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and increase repeat business.
• Take orders and assist customers with products, pricing, and availability.
• Promote new products, specials, and weekly deals.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and products.
• Identify trending and fast-selling products being pushed by other wholesalers.
• Gather customer feedback on products and pricing.
• Help create promotional campaigns, flyers, texts, emails, and social media outreach.
• Maintain organized records of leads, customers, follow-ups, and sales activity.

Qualifications

• Sales, business development, wholesale, retail, or account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident approaching business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic marketing and social media knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of convenience, smoke/vape, gas station, or independent retail markets is a plus.
