Position Details:

Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Die Sort-Day)-Santa Rosa, CA

Location                            : Santa Rosa, CA – 95403 - (On-site)

Project Duration           : 12+ months contract

Pay rate                            : $26/hr. on w2.

Description:

• As a Sort operator, you will be entrusted with the meticulous task of handling delicate integrated circuits, which are the heart of modern electronics.
• Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of the products, making your role essential to the success of the manufacturing process.
• The ability to follow product documentation and engineering specifications with precision ensures that each circuit meets the stringent standards required for performance.

Skills:

• Key skills for a Sort operator in the semiconductor Die Fab area include meticulous attention to detail, the ability to follow complex instructions, and a steady hand for handling delicate products.
• Proficiency in using computer programs and semi-automated equipment is also essential.
• Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, even when working independently, to ensure alignment with the team's objectives and to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and skills.
• HS diploma is required
• Basic Microsoft office skills with excel and outlook
• No prior experience needed although previous manufacturing experience would be a plus
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Attention to detail and able to read complex process docs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Continuous learning and adaptability are also important, as the role may require acquiring new skills to handle varying scopes and complexities of work.
• A commitment to quality and a thorough understanding of engineering specifications are what make a Sort operator successful in this field.
