FST Express Inc. is hiring CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers in OH, IN, IL, MI, WV, KY, VA to haul a mix of dry and temperature-controlled freight primarily in the eastern half of the US. Compensation

• Average annual pay range: $65,000 to $85,000
  • Top driver pay: $90,000+
• Paid all miles, loaded and unloaded
• Average of 1,700 miles weekly
• Guaranteed pay: $1,250 per week
• Additional Pay:
  • Detention pay: $25 per hour
  • Stop pay: $25 for each stop
  • Hazmat pay: $250
  • Layover pay: $75
• Bonuses:
  • $5,000 Sign-on bonus
  • $5,000 Referral bonus
  • Quarterly safety & performance bonuses
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: 2 days home after 2 weeks out, 2-3 days home after 3 weeks out, 4 days home after 4 weeks out
• Route: OTR 48 states, primarily eastern half of US
  • No NYC!
• Level of Touch: 100% No touch freight

Equipment

• 2022 and newer Freightliner Cascadia sleeper trucks
• Automatic transmission fleet
• Amenities: Free Direct TV, free Sirius XM radio, refrigerator, microwave, inverter
• Governed speed: 68 mph
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Samsara system

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 12 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen& background check
• Hiring Area: Drivers preferred in OH, IN, IL, MI, WV, KY, VA
