About the Role:
Join FOXHAVEN ROOFING GROUP LLC as a Permitting Manager in Jensen Beach, FL, where you will play a key role in streamlining our permitting processes. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-quality roofing solutions while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the permitting process for all roofing projects.
  • Coordinate with local municipalities to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
  • Review and prepare permit applications and documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with building departments, project managers, production team and clients regarding permit statuses.
  • Resolve any permitting issues or discrepancies that arise during the process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve permitting efficiency.
  • MUST be able to handle scheduling all inspections that are needed as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • MUST be familiar with Broward Country, Palm Beach County, Martin County, & St. Lucie County. 
  • Familiarized with submitting and requesting Notice of Commencements, Notice of Terminations, and Certificate of Completions is a plus but not required. 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in permitting within the construction or roofing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be Bilingual
