Job description

Our clients include federal, state and local government agencies, Fortune 500 Companies, and non-profit organizations. Founded in 2004, we have a strong history of providing recruitment strategies and utilizing effective project and quality management methodologies to ensure our clients success.

We are seeking two (2) Administrative Associates for a full-time contract opportunity with FM Talent Source for one of our valued clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide support for electronically storing, retrieving, reviewing, and routing documents and correspondence.
    • Create and maintain organizational staffing rosters, listservs, and records, on an ad hoc basis and as directed.
    • Perform records management and general administrative duties on a daily basis, as assigned.
    • Ensure positive, professional working relationships across the agency when collaborating and communicating.
    • Ensure proficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create and maintain tracking processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience or no degree with a minimum of four (4) years of experience.

Compensation Range: The salary range provided is determined by market value, internal equity, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. Offers will be extended within this range, though not all candidates will receive an offer at the upper limit.
