Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic Lead Floral Designer (M/F) with a strong track record, a passion for floral artistry, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.

This hands-on role involves both retail floral design and event production. You will create daily arrangements, design for weddings and special occasions, collaborate within our creative team, and help maintain our high standards of excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute retail orders, weddings, and event florals.
• Participate in the design and execution of wedding and event florals.
• Collaborate as a leader in our design, production, and logistics teams.
• Provide exceptional client service and demonstrate professionalism.
• Communicate consistently and efficiently with staff and clients.
• Ensure organization and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in training and developing emerging designers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates should have at least 4 years of floral design experience, with a preference for classically trained designers. Retail and customer service experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity beyond traditional styles, and a passion for teaching and mentoring are essential. English proficiency is required; multilingual skills are valued. Reliable transportation is necessary.

Work environment

• Work in a fast-paced floral studio and event production environment.
• Engage in both retail design and event work.
• This role requires standing, lifting, and hands-on creative tasks.
