The Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We’re looking for a PTA who wants to go beyond traditional care and work with a highly active population.
What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside DPTs to deliver orthopedic and sports rehab
  • Guide patients through strength training, mobility, and movement progressions
  • Assist in building and progressing performance-based rehab programs
  • Deliver a high-energy, engaging patient experience
  • Document care and track patient progress
What You Bring

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – New York State
  • Strong interest in orthopedics, sports rehab, and fitness
  • Understanding of exercise prescription and movement mechanics
  • Background or interest in strength & conditioning, personal training, or athletics
  • Positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills
