• Ability to work irregular shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as activity levels demand.<\/li>
• 3+ years of prior hotel front desk experience.<\/li>
• Supervisory experience preferred.<\/li><\/ul>","responsibilities":"
  • Assists in the operations of the Front Desk by supervising all Guest Service associates.<\/li>
  • Ensures guest satisfaction by responding to guest requests in a friendly, service-oriented manner, resolving guest complaints, and greeting in-house guests.<\/li>
  • Fills in at the Front Desk during busy periods or when personnel needs dictate.<\/li>
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.<\/li><\/ul>
